POSTCARDS: BALATON

Just returned from our first Balaton visit this year! It wasn't the warmest weekend of the year but it was so good to get out of the city. 

Balaton is a lake in Hungary where all hungarians go in the summer for a quick getaway... We always go to Lelle, which is on the southern part of the lake, the water is shallow but warm and it's not as tourist-y as other cities around balaton.

Summer is here and so finally it is warm enough to sit outside in Budapest's cutest outdoor bars. So right after work we can hang out, have a drink and some light dinner while chatting with my best friends. Talking about best friends, Judit, who shots the most beautiful Venkavision blog pictures has finally moved back last week to Budapest... A few months after I have. Funny how I miss London more now that she is here. We are reminiscing about our fun and crazy London stories all the time, while making new plans for our new lives in Budapest.
